Refunds, Returns & Subscription Policy

To submit for a refund, please email us at info@drinkjubi.com.  We will notify you once we’ve researched your inquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues   

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please take pictures of your order and send them to info@drinkjubi.com.

Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges.

Subscription Policy

  • Sale and limited edition items do not qualify.
  • Credit Card payments only - alternative payment methods (Bitcoin, Mobile Check, ACH) cannot be used with subscriptions.
  • Loyalty points cannot be combined with subscription orders.
  • Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
